Gurdial (Dale) has been living in British Columbia since 1975.

I have been a full time Real Estate Agent in the Lower Mainland for the past 24 years. During this time I have accumulated extensive knowledge about the Real Estate Market. My areas of expertise include buying and selling detached single family homes to first time buyers and experienced investors, along with selling investment properties and farmland.
